Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and track inventory using warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following OSHA standards
- Operate temperature-controlled storage systems for perishable goods
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn WMS
- Flexibility to work in cold environments (4°C/40°F)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
