Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently and accurately using RF scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to regulations.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, sorted, and staged for timely shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Perform basic inventory counts and stock rotation as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Physical stamina required to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
