Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Verify item quantities and descriptions against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and seal packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, safe, and clutter-free workspace.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) to move heavy inventory safely.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work full-time night shifts (shift times typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential for order accuracy.
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
