Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise using RF scanners and pick lists to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging materials are used.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring weight distribution and proper securing of goods.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory adjustments as directed by management.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory discrepancies or urgent orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners or tablets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
