Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely and efficiently
- Verify product information and quantities against pick lists and shipping documents
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Adhere to company safety protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Reliable transportation to our Boston facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
