Responsibilities
- Scan, pick, pack, and verify merchandise accurately using warehouse technology and handheld scanners.
- Ensure all items are packaged securely and labeled correctly for shipping to prevent damage.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory checks.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and minimize errors.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, physical setting.
