Job Overview:
As a Picker Packer, you will play a critical role in our logistics operations, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. If you are a fast learner ready to start immediately, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Ensure all items are properly packaged, labeled, and secured to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify product codes, quantities, and condition against work orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
