Responsibilities
- Pick products from inventory shelves using RF scanners or pick lists to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack items securely into boxes, ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and weight distribution.
- Prepare shipments for loading onto delivery trucks, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
- Perform inventory checks and report any discrepancies or damaged goods immediately to management.
- Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts) safely and according to protocol.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning, counting, and verifying order accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various warehouse temperatures.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
