Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and picking tickets.
- Package items securely using appropriate boxes, tape, and labeling equipment.
- Scan barcodes and verify order accuracy to ensure the correct products are shipped.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, when certified.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading skills for order picking and verification.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
