Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 100% accuracy to ensure timely delivery.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper labeling and packaging materials are used.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Update inventory systems accurately to reflect stock levels.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago facility.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
