Responsibilities
- Pick & Verify: Accurately select and verify items from warehouse inventory based on customer orders using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Pack & Label: Securely pack items into boxes and cartons, applying proper labels, barcodes, and documentation.
- Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to strict 5S standards.
- Equipment: Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily performance targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide full training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Attitude: Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
