Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Retrieve items from shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices, ensuring 100% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Package Preparation: Wrap, label, and box products securely for shipping, adhering to all carrier guidelines.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect goods for damage and ensure packaging quality meets company specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve workflow issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when reading labels, barcodes, and picking tickets.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Basic Skills: Proficiency with basic computer functions and math (addition/subtraction).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
