Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Items: Accurately select merchandise from shelves and prepare them for shipment using packing materials.
- Operate Equipment: Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts where applicable) to move inventory efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect packages for damage and ensure all shipping labels are correct and legible.
- Maintain Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to ensure a hazard-free working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic Literacy: Must be able to read and understand basic instructions, safety signs, and labels.
- Reliability: A strong work history and the ability to show up on time every day.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
