What You'll Do:
As a Picker Packer, your primary focus will be on accuracy and speed. You will utilize warehouse management systems to locate items, pack them securely for shipment, and ensure they are labeled correctly.

Responsibilities
- Select and pick products from the warehouse shelves using RF scanners or handheld devices.
- Package items carefully using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage.
- Verify order accuracy by checking item counts and descriptions against work orders.
- Label packages correctly with shipping labels and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and order forms.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
