Your Role as a Picker Packer
In this role, you will be the backbone of our fulfillment center. You will ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and physical stamina.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Load and unload trucks as needed to facilitate the supply chain process.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
