Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse floor using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Verify order accuracy by checking item descriptions, quantities, and packaging quality.
- Load and unload shipments onto trucks or pallets using proper equipment.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn handheld scanning software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to the Miami facility.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
