Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing to ensure high-quality service.
- Label packages accurately and prepare them for shipping or loading onto trucks.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding inventory management.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and writing skills for scanning barcodes and reading labels.
- Previous warehouse, retail, or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid ID and be eligible to work in the United States.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Los Angeles facility.
