Responsibilities
- Pick and pack items from inventory according to order tickets and work orders with high accuracy.
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and quality before packaging.
- Load and unload goods from delivery trucks using appropriate equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks).
- Ensure shipping containers are properly labeled, sealed, and staged for pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
