Responsibilities
- Select, verify, and pack products accurately based on customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times to prevent accidents.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety protocols.
- Ensure packaging is secure to prevent damage during transit and shipping.
- Assist in inventory counts, cycle checks, and stock replenishment as directed.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding order discrepancies or needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for this entry-level position.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn to operate handheld RF scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
