Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end international shipments via air, sea, and ground freight
- Manage customs documentation and compliance for cross-border trade
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit disruptions proactively
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and customs authorities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation
- Optimize routes and negotiate freight rates with partners
- Generate shipment reports for client and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping coordination experience in logistics
- Proficiency in customs regulations (ACE, AES systems)
- Expertise with TMS/WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours in fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- FMCSA Hazmat certification a plus
