Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments using TMS and WMS systems
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate carrier rates
- Track shipments and resolve delivery exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for inventory accuracy
- Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms)
- Monitor compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Analyze logistics KPIs and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- OSHA Hazmat certification preferred
- Strong Excel/ERP data management skills
- Excellent problem-solving under pressure
- DOT/FMCSA regulation knowledge
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
