Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and cycle counting to maintain accurate records.
- Loading/Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks using conveyor systems or manual handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
