Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are optimal.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to verify condition and accuracy before storage or shipment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but on-the-job training is provided for reliable candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with the ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse technology (RF scanners) is a plus.
