Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently to meet daily deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and quality control checks.
- Load and unload delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques.
- Utilize warehouse management software to track orders and inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis facility.
- Flexibility to work mandatory overtime and weekends as needed.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable.
