Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Organize and maintain inventory in a clean, orderly warehouse
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Stand/walk for 8+ hours in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training available)
