Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping to meet daily KPI targets.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure all warehouse aisles and workstations are clean, organized, and safe.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow bottlenecks during shifts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work weekends (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
