Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate WMS systems to track stock levels and movement
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with accuracy documentation
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and FIFO compliance
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Collaborate with procurement teams for stock replenishment
- Implement process improvements to reduce inventory shrinkage
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical accuracy and data entry skills
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
