Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, locate, and stack materials efficiently
- Inspect and perform daily maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safety compliance
- Manage inventory control systems and document material movements accurately
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Support cross-functional operations including order fulfillment and quality checks
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating sit-down forklifts in warehouse settings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
- Availability for consistent night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
