Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in high-volume distribution centers
- Load/unload trucks with precision and efficiency using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and report equipment issues
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Operate auxiliary equipment (pallet jacks, order pickers) as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability for night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
