Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in high-volume distribution center
- Load/unload trucks and stage inventory with precision using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS system updates
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Train new operators on safety-critical processes
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years recent warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) consistently
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid California driver's license preferred
