Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized workstations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads for shift transitions
- Meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability for night shifts (10 PM-6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy
