Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company policy
- Train new hires on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
