Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory with real-time tracking systemsOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass background check and drug screen
