Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments with accuracy
- Operate warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, forklifts) post-training
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanning technology
- Maintain inventory counts and cycle counts
- Enforce safety protocols and 5S workplace organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for on-time shipments
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Reliable transportation and valid ID
- Willingness to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
