Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counts and audits
- Package and prepare orders for same-day shipping
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and math skills
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Reliable transportation to 3rd shift schedule
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
