Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload trucks, organize inventory in designated zones, and maintain warehouse cleanliness
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Accurately document inventory movements and maintain digital records
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and participate in monthly training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
