Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts to move palletized materials throughout warehouse facilities
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times
- Assist with inventory management, scanning, and documentation tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow 5S methodology
- Support weekend/evening shifts during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift operation experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
