Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital picking systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Perform quality checks and inventory verification
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow safety protocols
- Meet/exceed productivity targets in fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with supervisors and team leads for workflow optimization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn digital systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
