Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack customer orders using RF scanners and voice-directed systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and documentation
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and safety regulations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
- Work flexible schedules including nights/weekends with overtime compensation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (if operating company vehicles)
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
