Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using RF scanners to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack items securely into boxes or containers, ensuring they are properly labeled for shipment.
- Perform quality control checks to guarantee order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment and hand trucks to transport goods.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets while maintaining safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and general warehouse maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a picker packer or similar warehouse role is preferred, but not required—we train!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent overtime availability.
- Basic math and reading skills to interpret order tickets and labels.
- Reliable transportation to the Nashville, TN facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
