Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Package items securely according to industry standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory zones and perform cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Meet daily productivity targets in a high-volume setting
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and scanner operation skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts (day/night options available)
