Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product quality and quantity against packing slips
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain organized and efficient staging areas for outbound shipments
- Contribute to inventory control through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
