Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipment
- Document workflow activities in real-time using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level positions available
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital interfaces
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Reliable transportation to North Charlotte industrial area
- Ability to stand/walk 8-10 hours daily in climate-controlled warehouse
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
