Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order-picking systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect products for quality and report damaged goods to supervisors
- Maintain organized workstations and adhere to FIFO inventory procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Reliable transportation to North Fort Worth facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
