Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation in FIFO zones
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout shifts
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Meet daily productivity targets in high-volume environment
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn scanning systems
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts with standing/walking requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 facility
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
