Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packing
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized and efficient inventory management systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
