Position Highlights:
As a Picker Packer, you'll be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring accurate and timely order processing while maintaining a safe, efficient workspace. This role offers immediate start and long-term stability.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and electric carts safely
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Label packages and prepare shipments for dispatch
- Maintain organized, OSHA-compliant workstations
- Collaborate with shipping team for tight deadlines
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/picker packer experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- RF scanner proficiency or willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to North Austin location
- Pass background/drug screening
