Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain organized workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Update inventory records in real-time using warehouse management systems
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment
