Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Meet daily productivity targets in a time-sensitive environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or picker-packer experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- RF scanner proficiency preferred
