Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and priority levels
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Scan and verify inventory using RF scanners/WMS systems
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Meet/exceed productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow during peak seasons
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment malfunctions immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent bending/lifting
- Basic RF scanner or WMS system knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
